Dover Elks Lodge #1903 donates Shoes, backpacks, etc!

Once again, just in time for the start of school, Dover Elks Lodge 1903, through a Beacon Grant, provided 15 children from The Shepherd Place with backpacks, shoes, socks, school supplies, and a gift card to start the year off right!
